Fine Art Nude Photography in Dallas, TX
A Renaissance Inspired Boudoir Photoshoot with Elaborate Floral Installation
I am beyond excited to share this incredible fine art nude photography session shot at The Ruscus Studio! Although this was my first time at this gorgeous location, it definitely became one of my favorite Dallas studio locations. Between the super friendly studio owner, the beautiful everchanging floral installations, and lovely natural lighting, this studio was an absolute dream! Nikki is a repeat client of mine who designs fantasy couture. She is not only an incredible artist, but an amazing human-being. I absolutely love working with her throughout the year on her many projects. This floral boudoir session was my idea, but she was instantly into the entire concept. Just like me, Nikki is into anything dreamy so this boudoir session was up both our ally!
Can you believe Nikki designed the beautiful robe she is wearing throughout her boudoir session? When she showed me her new creation, I was so blown away. Her creations never cease to amaze me. We began with a lingerie set she brought, along with her gorgeous handmade robe. The Ruscus Studio includes several flower setups, including a dreamy swing set. Truly, this set reminds me so much of The Swing by Jean-Honoré Fragonard. I always adored the Roccoco style of paintings, so I was so excited to create my own rendition of it.
One of my favorite things about working with Nikki is her amazing ability to look like a forest nymph in every frame. I love capturing delicate hand poses, body details, and willowy arm poses, which Nikki is always up for. All in all, I adored working at this Dallas boudoir and maternity studio. The Ruscus Studio will definitely be on my list for favorite local studios to photograph my clients.
