Is there anything dreamier than a waterfall boudoir session? I think we both know the answer to that is no. So when Pam, a previous client of mine (see her first session with me here), came to me wanting a water boudoir session, I knew just the place. I had shot there before and knew the waterfall was relatively easy to navigate safely. If you would like to see the other waterfall boudoir session I shot here at Airfield Falls in Fort Worth, click here. Like all water boudoir sessions, I always begin with some shots out in nature. Once we get into the water, there is no getting dry again. I take the first 30 minutes or so to make sure we get the nature centered shots. Airfield Falls is the perfect place to get not only waterfall shots, but beautiful poses out in the foliage. The park is always overgrown and so lovely. Click here to see a session I shot strictly using the nature at Airfield. Whether you are wanting to get wet or stay dry, Airfield Falls in Fort Worth is the perfect outdoor boudoir location.
After Pam and I had shot a few poses out in the trees, we began our trek into the waterfall. I had her pose with the waterfall first before we went further down into the water. I absolutely love how she arched her back against the waterfall. Outdoor boudoir can be challenging because we don’t have any furniture to pose with. Thankfully, however, nature has a way of providing us with her own structures to pose with. As a rule of thumb I always use the trees, rocks, and other elements nature gives us to make boudoir poses more natural outdoors.
