Dreamy Beach Boudoir Session in Tampa

As someone who lives in Texas, a beach boudoir photography session was a dream come true. When I went to visit family this spring in Tarpon Springs, I knew I wanted to fit in some outdoor boudoir sessions. After all, there was no way I could give up the opportunity. Faty and I met on Instagram and planned out this gorgeous beach boudoir session at Fort Desoto Beach in St. Petersburg.

Packing for this outdoor boudoir session in Florida was a big challenge for me. Not only did I need to pack light, but I needed to pack with versatility in mind. Unbeknownst to me, I decided to plan this trip to the beach during spring break. Spring break in the Tampa area is super crowded which isn’t the best for outdoor boudoir photography. With this in mind, I made sure to pack vintage robes and nightgowns to give a little more coverage while still adding plenty of sensuality.

When Faty and I arrived at Fort Desoto, it was absolutely breathtaking. Between the ruins on the beach, crystal clear water, and perfect weather this location was an absolute dream. In order to beat some of the crowds, we decided to meet close to sunrise which allowed us to have a relatively private beach. I absolutely love how these ocean boudoir photos turned out and I cannot wait for more beach sessions in the future!
