Ruth and I showed up at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve on a very chilling winter morning. It was windy with some frost crystalizing on the grass beneath our feet. Ruth hadn’t done outdoor boudoir photos before, but she was absolutely breathtaking nonetheless. Her first set was pale blue two piece that I paired with one of my vintage robes. I love the way the wind played with the airy fabric and how Ruth’s hair was so free. It was as if winter had blessed us with a warm kiss, which was much needed on such a cold morning. As we treaded into the wooded area, Ruth changed into her second outfit. I love simple slip dresses for outdoor boudoir photos. Slip dresses provide modesty, yet still provides the sensuality desired for boudoir sessions. Pairing them with vintage robes is a perfect way to add texture and movement that I always aim to create.
Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in the north Dallas area was truly the perfect location for Ruth’s boudoir session. The park provided privacy, yet it was walkable and easily navigated. I definitely recommend this location to all my future outdoor boudoir clients. The beautiful while robe Ruth wears throughout her session is available for use to all my boudoir clients. This robe is just one of many that I own for my clients to use. Want to see another session with a beautiful pink robe I have available? Click here to see Jayla’s winter outdoor boudoir photos!
