If you have looked at any of my blogs or portfolio, you’d probably notice my obsession with including floral details into my session. When I was taking Destynie’s fall Fort Worth boudoir photos, we happened upon some lingering sunflowers. You can imagine my excitement as I posed her with them.

Gathering up more and more inspiration as her Fort Worth boudoir session progressed, we began grabbing a variety of nature elements to include. Whether it was flowers, a branch full of yellowing leaves, or withering pine needles, we made it our mission to cover her in as many nature elements as possible. I say it over and over again: photographing women nude in nature is seriously the most magical thing. Covering her with pieces of nature herself only added to the magic of this fall boudoir session.

Its amazing looking back on this session and seeing the final product. During her session, both Destynie and I were covered in bug bites and sweat (thanks Texas). Creating beautiful content isn’t easy and it’s at times even a bit uncomfortable. The truth is, however, that beautiful things take work. I put in the work so my clients have artfully made photos. My goal is for you to have a unique experience and not to have something “run of the mill”. I want you amazed that you are looking at yourself and not someone else.
