Nikki and I have worked together many times over the years. Between a dreamy Swan Lake session and forest nymph cosplay photo shoot, Nikki and I have done it all. As a fantasy and cosplay designer, Nikki creates incredible concepts for photo shoots. Recently, Nikki reached out to me about a Bridgerton inspired photo shoot at the Crescent Hotel in Dallas. Not only did she create all the dresses for her guests and herself, but she included me in the fun! I love becoming friends with my clients and Nikki has definitely become a close friend over the years.

I was so happy to be invited to her birthday tea party and just as happy to photograph it! Between the lovely Dallas high tea, a dreamy harp player, and gorgeous setting, this adult tea party was perfect. I highly recommend the high tea at Hotel Crescent as well as having a tea party for your next adult birthday. You won’t regret it.

We began the tea party with a lovely selection of teas, scones, and other finger foods. Honestly, the food was incredible. I highly recommend Hotel Crescent to anyone wanting high tea in the Dallas area. As someone who had a lot of high tea in England, I have a soft spot for scones, clotted cream, and black teas. After some food, we went out to the court yard to take some group and individual photos. I loved taking photos of Nikki’s guests and I think they had a blast as well. Between the gorgeous hall of mirrors, court yard, and lovely paintings, there were plenty of photo spots. Hotel Crescent was so lovely and I hope to visit again soon for some tea.
